Terms and conditions

Your account

• Enter accurate details, and keep your sign-in details private.
• Your page link and WhatsApp number are locked after sign-up to protect your account. Changes go through support.
• Each account is for one shop and can't be shared between shops.

Trial and subscription

• The free trial lasts 14 days with every feature and no credit card.
• After the trial you pick a plan, paid monthly or yearly, and it renews on the cycle you chose.
• Each plan's limits and features are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Saudi riyals.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time, and your plan runs until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are reviewed through support.

Your clients' data

Your clients' data belongs to you; we process it on your behalf only to run the service. You are responsible for how you contact your clients and use their numbers in line with their wishes.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the platform to send spam or misleading messages.
• Don't enter people's details without their knowledge or for anything other than booking and serving them.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Online payments for your clients

Connecting an online payment gateway to your page is an add-on under a separate agreement and the gateway's own terms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available at all times, but outages can happen for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We aren't liable for indirect losses that result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
