Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your barber account: name, email, WhatsApp number, shop name and location, and your subscription and invoices.
• Your clients' details entered at booking or by you: name, phone number, service and time, notes and hospitality preferences.
• Payments are processed by licensed payment gateways. We don't store card numbers.

How we use it

• To run your booking page and schedule and prevent overlapping appointments.
• To prepare the confirmation and reminder messages you send your clients on WhatsApp.
• To manage your subscription and invoices and answer support requests.
• To protect the platform from abuse.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or your clients' data to anyone.
• We don't send your clients any marketing messages.
• We share data only with the providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payment gateways, email) or when legally required by a competent authority.

Protection and isolation

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each barber's data is isolated, so no other barber can see your clients or bookings.

Retention

We keep your data while your account exists, even if your plan is paused, so it's all there when you return. If you ask us to delete your account we delete it, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, you can access, correct, get a copy of, or delete your data. Send your request from the support page in your dashboard.

Changes

We may update this policy and will tell you about any material change before it takes effect.
