Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They open your link from Instagram or WhatsApp and book right in the browser.
Do clients pay online?
By default they pay at the shop, in cash or by card, and booking is free for them. If you want online payment at booking, we can connect a payment gateway to your page as an add-on.
What happens after the 14 days?
Pick a plan, paid monthly or yearly, and carry on with the same data. If you don't subscribe, new bookings pause and your data stays saved.
Can I change my WhatsApp number or link?
To protect your account, changes go through a support request. This stops accounts from being shared between shops.
Does it work for a shop with several barbers?
Yes. The All-in-One plan supports up to 3 barbers, each with their own schedule, and clients pick their barber on the same booking page. Starter and Pro are for one barber.
